Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He began in the year 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care in the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastorate, Dwayne is passionate about helping the next generation to become biblical counselors. The Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
